With deep sadness we have just been advised of the passing of our last ever great leader, Captain/Coach Johnny Mayes. Johnny was at our club from 1978 – 1980.John was and will always be held in great affection by all at our club and will be forever known as the man who led us to our 15th and last ever Premiership win in 1979.Our condolences go out to John’s wife Margaret, children Bradley, Adam, Glen, Marnie and all their respective families, all his former teammates and many friends.
